Hello everyone, I am Angus Lai, and I am one of the Co-Directors at Be Positive HK. Hong Kong's education system can be highly intense and stressful. Through activities with various stakeholders, our aim is to promote effective strategies for stress relief and to support the importance of maintaining good mental health.
