Theme: Self and Social Stigmatisation
Panel discussions and a Human Library session exploring how internal and external stigma affect young people's mental health, with practical guidance on reducing their impact.
Six episodes and growing—featuring DSE top scorers, musicians, individuals with lived mental health experience, and people with special educational needs (SEN). Each conversation explores achievement and adversity, pressure behind success, and realities often unseen by the public.
Upcoming episodes will feature athletes and mental health advocates. Be Positive HK amplifies authentic voices to normalise mental health conversations for young people navigating expectations and identity.
